and delivery of the College's vision and values, which are closely aligned
with those of wider Malvern family. They will play a part in further
developing the curriculum, policies and practices across the school. There
will be opportunities for both formal and informal professional development,

Programme, a growing suite of bespoke professional development courses for the
Malvern College community. In addition there are opportunities to connect with
colleagues at other schools within the family through collaboration spaces and
other activities.
