Overview


Responsible for activating, facilitating, and tracking vendors operations and
ensure payment is being
run within the restricted timelines to support fleet activities in terms of
external repairs, fuel mgmt.,
and other related activities.


Responsibilities
*
Create work orders for external workshops and vendors.
* Create and handle POs and non-POs transactions.
* Receive all non PO invoices & also PO invoices on Mybuy after reviewing fulfilment of all
needed documents
* Act as focal point between fleet team and external vendors (ex: Total).
* Perform daily follow-up with IBM on payment status.
* Deliver monthly expenses report.
* Handle all TOM card invoices receiving and follow up on its payment.
* Handle Petty cash custody (around ‎100,000 EGP Monthly) for agents and authorized
dealerships settlements.
* Send a monthly accrual with all invoices not received in monthly closing


Qualifications
*
Bachelors Degree.
* Min. education of Electrical/Mechanical Technical Diploma is preferred (Experience in Fleet is a
recommended).
* Very good command in both written and spoken of Arabic and English languages.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* SAP user - Computer user is a must.
* Very Good knowledge in Aquila & MyBuy.
