Our newest opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager to join our award-
winning team based in Kuwait.

This position will be a part of the Infrastructure team and will represent
the Firm in communications with the Client, Sub-Contractors and JV partners,
as delegated by the Project Director and will be involved in the planning and
managing of Infrastructure Projects of a medium to high level risk and
complexity, ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality, on time, on
budget and to client expectations.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include:
* Preparing, planning and controlling of financial budgets and team resources in order to deliver required commercial outcomes.
* Preparing and managing complex project programmes and project contracts.
* Ensuring project standards and QMS procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
* Planing, prioritizing and scheduling the tasks, people and resources in order meet identified time frames and standards.
* Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
* Preparing the monthly Project Report and input to consolidated Division Report.
* Participating in Business Development activities includoing proposal preparations and presentations.
* Highly developed knowledge of statutory and commercial frameworks with the ability to prepare and control budgets, and manage contracts and invoices
* Demonstrates an awareness of the market and factors influencing the relevant market, including key risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career
journey to date will include ‎10 years' work experience of which at least ‎5
were preferably spent working on Gulf region projects partnered with a
Masters or Bachelor's Degree.

Preference will be give to candidates with membership of professional
institution or working towards either IEng, CEng / P.E.
