Main Duties/Description:
* Must possess the ability to patch and repair items.
* Be able to use circular saw, chop saw, table saw, hand planer, router, nail guns, impact drill etc.
* Willing to assist others and perform additional job duties.
* Must possess the ability to complete different types of joinery.
* Advanced installation skills (cabinets, curved millwork, stairs).
* Take and communicate accurate field measurements and determine necessary blocking for component.
* Must be able to read blueprints, sketches, or building plans .
* Must be able and willing to follow all safety rules and regulations.
* Must have knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with restoration techniques and best practices.
* Cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 2 years experience in the same field and ability to work effectively under pressure
* Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus
* Good command of the English language
