Our newest opportunity is for a talented Office Attendant to join our award-
winning team based in Kuwait. This position is responsible for providing
support services to ensure our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include:
* Receives and distributes communications as appropriate, photocopying.
* Service conference rooms throughout the facility
* Service KEO lounges, pantries/kitchens throughout the facility
* Distribution of Internal post, faxes and documentation
* Assisting FM&A team with basic administrative and manual tasks
* Maintains office supplies
* Maintains consumable and, on occasion, other supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt and stocking items.
* Maintains equipment through preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; arranging repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring service schedules.
* Provides general administration support and maintains office schedule by arranging pick-ups and deliveries.
* Provides back-up to reception staff, answering questions and forwarding messages.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career
journey to date will include 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role.
* High School degree or equivalent preferred.
* Ability to calculate simple figures.
* Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Holding Kuwait Driving Licence is a plus.
