Cost Analyst (Kuwait)

Position Description :

Join Serco as a Cost Analyst as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and
Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Camp
Arifjan, Kuwait.

Join an integrated government-industry team in support of multiple program
functions. You will provide a wide range of customer requirements in the Army
supply systems and operations. Use your expertise and collaborative skills to
positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the world's
greatest Army.

In this role, you will:
* Develop cost proposals based on RFP's and RFQ's
* Develop and Prepare monthly cost performance reviews and evaluation briefs for client approval.
* Knowledge of analytical techniques (i.e., linear regression, linear programming, critical path analysis).
* Forecast project costs by gathering details and compiling data to estimate all project costs according to specifications.
* Help determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints.
* Consider materials, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation for estimations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* U.S. Citizenship
* The ability to obtain and maintain a VISA ‎18
* An active DOD Secret clearance
* A Bachelors degree and A minimum of ‎10 years' relevant experience
* OR an Associates degree and ‎12+ years of relevant experience
* Advanced level Microsoft Excel abilities
* The ability to travel up to ‎25%
