ROLE PURPOSE:
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing,
developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that empower our
organization to make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-
functional teams to ensure that our business processes are optimized through
the use of data analytics and reporting tools.
THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN EITHER PRAGUE OR KUWAIT CITY

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse (Azure Synapse) or BI platform. Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Design and implement data models, data marts, and data cubes to support business reporting and analytics needs.
* Development: Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
* Continuously monitor and optimize query performance, data loading processes, and report rendering for efficient BI solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and ETL development.
* Proficiency in SQL and data modelling techniques.
* Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst is essential.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI is essential.
* Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
* Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is desirable
