The Role
General Manager, Kuwait – Facilities Management Service Provider Our client is
an International Facilities management company with an existing Middle East
Operation. They have a long history of delivering first class FM services and
an existing portfolio of blue chip clients. They currently seek a GM to run
their Kuwait business operation. Candidates will have the experience to
develop and implement best practices in Engineering, Facilities Management and
Building Energy Services to support revenue growth, cost optimization,
effective resource utilization, quality of service delivery, effective
supplier relationship management, aligned with the Vision, Mission and
strategy of the company. Key activities and responsibilities will include: •
Strategy and Development Implementation • Operational leadership • Business
development • Organization structure • Budget, planning and P&L; • Policies,
procedures and systems • HSEQ
Requirements
Candidate requirements: • Technical background, ideally degree level in an
Engineering discipline • Experience in a similar senior management role •
Facilities management or maintenance experience • Knowledge of energy
management and QHSE • In depth knowledge of the Middle east market – preferred
