Role Summary
An Picker Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily
operations of the NFV/grocery operations. This include managing a team of
picker floor supervisors & pickers and providing support and guidance to them,
as well as handling escalated partners /customer issues and complaints.
What's On Your Plate?
* Supervise a team of pickers & supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assistance program
* Provide training, guidance and support to the team in order to improve their performance and meet KPI's goals
* Handle escalated team issues and complaints, and take appropriate action to resolve them in a timely manner
* Monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements. In-house & 3PL pickers
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assistance provided
* Responsible for increasing assortment
* Daily operational visits with minimum 4 daily
* Daily/weekly & monthly store schedules
* Directly responsible for CPO & overtime excellence in alignment with NFV Ops
lead/manager.
* Making sure that right assortments are opened or created with the help of the SWAT Team on a daily basis.
* Reduce NFR% & OOS gradually to reach the desired KPI's.
* Assuring SOPs are in place
* Catalog updates along with promotions are aligned within our vendor coordination team
* Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes
* Coordination with 3PLs.
* Responsible for logistics related challenges for cancellation follow ups and encoding the orders not returned by rider in tracker sheet.
* Have a solid understanding and experience of SQL and data visualization ( Tableau or Data Studio).
