The Role
We are looking for a Semi- FG QA/QC Technician in a perfume factory with
relevant experience and strong knowledge of quality control procedures,
methods, and techniques Responsibilities • Receive and inspect semi-finished
goods materials from production or other sources to ensure they meet quality
specifications and standards. • Store and label semi-finished goods materials
in appropriate locations, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
for production. • Record and maintain inventory of semi-finished goods
materials, including quantities, locations, and expiration dates. • Prepare
and deliver semi-finished goods materials to production areas as per the
production schedule and requirements. • Assist in the production process by
ensuring that semi-finished goods materials are delivered on time and in the
correct quantities. • Work with production personnel to troubleshoot and
resolve issues related to semi-finished goods materials, including quality or
inventory issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including
ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained with
the production maintenance department. • Comply with all safety and
environmental regulations and ensure that all work is conducted in a safe and
responsible manner. • Communicate with other departments, such as quality
control and warehouse, to ensure that all necessary information is shared, and
that work is coordinated effectively. • Provide input into process improvement
efforts related to semi-finished goods materials, including identifying areas
for improvement, and suggesting potential solutions. • Assist in the
preparation of SFG materials for use in the production process, including
weighing and measuring ingredients and ensuring that all necessary
documentation is completed. • Collaborate with the production department to
ensure that all SFG materials are used in the production process as per the
approved formulation. • Monitor the inventory levels of SFG materials and
collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure that adequate stock
levels are maintained. • Work closely with other departments, such as
packaging, warehousing, and quality control, to ensure the smooth and
efficient operation of the facility. • Maintain accurate records of all SFG
materials received, tested, and used in the production process.
Requirements
Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a
manufacturing or production environment in the same field Perfumes
&Cosmetics.; • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methods, and
techniques. • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) •
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing priorities and
deadlines. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
