Our newest opportunity is for a talented Construction Manager to join our
award-winning team based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia . This position is
responsible for the Construction management processes to ensure client
satisfaction and financial performance of a prestigious, luxury Hospitality
project.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;

Leading, directing and monitoring the performance of all site engineers and
support staff as appropriate
* Responding with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with Contract Documents
* Advising and assists the Contractor on construction procedures and contractual matters
* Coordinating the construction work with the local authorities, and Contractors
* Ensuring prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals, RFI's, and Change Orders to all parties.
* Maintaining correspondence, submittal, RFI, and Change Order logs in accordance with Project Procedures
* Reviewing claims from the contractor and prepares recommendations for the PM.
* Assisting in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or any schedule changes.
* Preparing recommendations to the Project Manager
* Receiving and logging all submittals. Distribute according to Project Procedures and track the progress of the submittal review process.
* Preparing final responses to the Contractors at the conclusion of the review process.
* Alerting the contractor and the PM when submittals are behind accepted schedules.
* Preparing responses to the Contractors.
* Ensuring the correctness and completeness of the As-Built drawings
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports, as required for the site record, and/or provides input to supplement reporting.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career
journey to date will include ‎20 years plus experience partnered with a
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar field of Engineering.

Chartered status with SEC or Professional Membership such as CIOB will be
viewed favourably.
