- The outbound sales executive oversees contacting potential consumers and
selling our company's products and services.
Typically, they achieve this via selling through outbound channels such as
calls, texts, or email, as well as in-person or virtual sales meetings with
leads.
- You must discover leads and create a contact list or obtain a prospect list
from another source. We need you to make cold calls to promote Oxygen and ERP
(ODOO) products and services. You will oversee making initial connections to
provide a preliminary pitch and gauge interest, and then moving these warm
leads to further stages of the sales funnel to the closing process.


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Attend networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads.
• Market Research to develop warm leads.
• Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
• Identify prospects that fit the target.
• Conduct outbound calls, email, …etc. to prospective clients.
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer
to prospects.
• Set appointments or close deals with clients.
• Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
• Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future
opportunities.
• Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
• Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
• Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
• Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound
telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
• Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management,
organization, effective communication, and strong listening skills.
• Up sell additional products as need arises.
• Utilize, maintain, and continuously improve various sales and communication
techniques.
• Educate customers in all products, services, and packages along with
competitor's offerings.
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders.
• Negotiate price with clients who are interested in making bulk orders.
• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and
request referrals.
• Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products
and service offerings.
