Yourtypical day will be ‎08:00 - ‎17:00, ‎6 days a week and will start by
addressingthe allocated work scope to deliver on deadlines with excellence.
Newpriorities from the electrical maintenance manager's office may interrupt
yourday. The plant operates ‎24/‎7 and after safety, improvingmean-time-between-
failures is your primary driver.

HowYou 'll Make an Impact
* Focus and be a modelfor the safe execution of any maintenance activity.
* Prepare and implementthe maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment according to the OEM's_ OriginalEngineering Manual of the manufacturer, set up and lead the implementationaccordingly.
* Prepare and optimisemaintenance programs and spare parts requirements in coordination with otherdepartments to ensure the availability and reliability of the power station.
* Ensure all maintenanceactivity conforms to QHSE and determine whether the implementation is through acontractor or the station itself.
* Raise, follow up andmonitor the department's purchase order for consumables, wear and tear andstrategic spares and ensure these are aligned with the requirements of the SEO&M contract terms. Also, allocating the classification of inventoriesaccordingly.
* Ensure excellencethrough leading daily monitoring of daily assigned tasks of the electricsection.
* Lead on power stations& plant utilities units minor/major breakdowns troubleshooting.
* Lead preventativemaintenance plan execution respecting the timelines & the legal accountabilitiesof the instructions.
* Lead the technicians duringall maintenance activities & assigned tasks.
* Drive the root causefailure analysis and the edition of the appropriate form of reporting.
* Autonomous self-efficiency,acting as planner and coordinator and inventory lead, and technical lead when assignedby the electrical maintenance manager.

What YouBring
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
* Knowledge of general maintenance guidelines and procedures norms, those shaping the High Voltage equipment Switchgear (Air insulated / Gas insulated), power transformer, and generator.
* Ability to Troubleshoot and diagnose all minor and major Electrical/Electromechanical parts and assets. (Motors, rectifiers, batteries, chargers, relays, electrolyzes).
* Requires Basic leadership soft skills and character.
* Able to work a rotating shift schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays on-call system following the internal directives and workload.
* Requires provisional verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to exercise good judgment related to the operation process to set priorities based on the available resources and conditions.
* Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time-critical situations, with the maintenance of high energy levels over long periods of crisis.
* Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
* Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
* Experience working in a multinational heavy industry, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
* Proficient in MSOffice suite.

* You have proven experience in a similarposition.
* Experience in Power Stations in "Operation& Maintenance" contract.
* Specialized knowledge of electrical maintenanceof Gas and Steam Turbines, Generators, HRSG and BOP (Gas Plant, WaterTreatment, Cooling Towers).
* Knowledge of thermal analysis techniques and interpretingoil transformer analysis.
* Strong communication skills and leadershipskills.
* Cost focus and awareness
* Industry ‎4.0 experience
