Job Title: * Student Helper
Grade: Part time
Office/ College: Office of Alumni Affairs
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Student Helper at Office of Alumni Affairs is responsible for conducting a
survey with graduates to update their profiles and check on their employment
status.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct a survey with graduates .
* Keep the Senior Officer posted with the project update.
* Raise any challenges that he/she might face during the project.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION:
Reports to: Senior Officer, Office of Alumni Affairs
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Graduate from Ajman University.
* Fluency in English and Arabic.
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Computer proficiency: MS Office, including advanced Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
* Strong desire and natural ability to deal with people
WORKING CONDITIONS:*
* Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
* No or very limited physical effort required.
* No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
