Job Description and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will support the NGHP Security Manager in protecting
Air Products ' people, assets, and reputation during project execution.
The incumbent is responsible for executing all Security obligations as stated
in the established GHE site Access Control procedure. With an estimated 7,000
personnel expected on site at peak, an efficient access control team is deemed
essential for project success. The incumbent will support the NGHP Security
Manager by establishing a robust system for reviewing government documentation
(visas/Iqamas, insurance, and motor vehicle inspections certificates etc.),
issuing access tokens (ID cards, vehicle passes etc.) where eligible, tracking
expiration dates, and rescinding access as necessary (end of contract, visa
expiry etc). The successful candidate will require exceptional organizational
skills and will be responsible for leading a small team of badging staff.
This is a Contract position, based at the NEOM Green Hydrogen Elements (GHE)
project site location, working on a rotational basis. The project is being
executed by Air Products, as part of our NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (NGHP),
which is the largest and most complex capital project we have executed
globally. It will be the first industrial-scale mega electrolyser project
providing a green energy carrier around the world to contribute to the
decarbonization of the industry. The high criticality of the project is
derived from its size and value and the strategic energy transition program of
Air Products. The incumbent will work as part of the Green Hydrogen Elements
(GHE) Project execution team and the role is expected to last approximately 48
months.
To be successful, you will need previous experience in a Security focused role
and an understanding of best practices related to access control. Previous
experience in an administrative role is essential.
NATURE AND SCOPE
* Description: Green Hydrogen Element (GHE) is a processing facility that will extract hydrogen from water using green energy, and then export ammonia to the global market. GHE is part of the larger NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (NGHP).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results:
* Support the full implementation of the established project Access Control procedure
* Ensure defined processes related to ID card and vehicle pass issuance are established, followed, and continuously improved
* Lead a small team of badging staff
* Administer the site electronic access control system, ensuring access tokens and rights are given/removed strictly according to procedure
* Establish a preventative maintenance program for access control infrastructure (turnstiles, ID card readers etc.) and monitor the quality of program execution
* Promptly resolve mechanical and technical issues with access control infrastructure
* Maintain adequate stock levels of all access control consumables (RFID cards, lanyards, badge holder, printer ink etc.)
* Facilitate monthly audits of the access control function by NGHP Security Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* 12 years ' experience working internationally
* 6 years' experience in and administrative role
* 3 years' experience working in a Security focused environment
* Passion for systematic, structured, and pro-active Security management
* Demonstrated ability and experience to prepare project Security templates
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Being a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
* Physically fit
* Ability to work in a multifaceted / multinational organizational matrix with a variety of working relationships
* Willingness to travel and be based in remote location
