Job Description:
We are looking for a Environmental Process Senior Specialist who will
support the development and tracking of an effective and high-quality
Environmental Assessment Program intended to ensure that environmental
assessment activities and approvals are delivered in a timely manner. The role
requires:

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
* Developing the environmental assessments scheduling, progress measurement and reporting procedure.
* Developing the master schedule for environmental assessments and approvals.
* Developing the master deliverables register for environmental assessments and approvals.
* Coordinating with schedulers of Projects, procurement, government affairs, and other departments as relevant to obtain inputs and regular updates to the master schedule for environmental assessment and approvals.
* Reporting progress in accordance with the progress gates and deliverables register.
* Supporting change requests and options analysis through schedule risk analysis of environmental assessments and approvals milestones.
* Identification of improvements to project management processes, document control and records filing to the environmental department.
* Deliver project controls training and support to the environmental assessment team specialists and management.
Essential skills:
*
Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
* Minimum of 8 years experience in project controls and systems
* Good working knowledge of project management systems and software such as MS Project, Primavera, Aconex, SmartPlant, BIM etc.
* Minimum of 8 (eight) years-experience in multiple aspects of project controls and systems.
* Experience in managing PMC activities at a client / consultant level is desirable.
* Good knowledge and experience of project lifecycle for mixed use projects in respect to planning, cost and schedule control.
