1.Supervise the AV Operators and ensure high-quality service
2. Thoroughly understand how our self-driving technology works. Stay on top
of countless daily changes, both big and small.
3. Safely operate Autonomous Vehicles to evaluate and help assess our AV
technology. Consistently make exceptional judgment calls.
4. Carry out vehicle inspections at start/end of shift to ensure the vehicle
is in normal operational order.
5. Share detailed feedback on our technology & top priorities with AV
Operations & safety lead.
6. Be the voice of First Transit to our clients, self-driving enthusiasts &
curious onlookers.
7. Give orders to slowdowns or stops due to weather and unpredictable
elements like other drivers.
8. Cleaning of vehicle - up keeping of vehicle on frequent basis and
supervise the deep-clean.
Requirement
* Bachelor degree is required
* Intermediate computer skills
* Communication skills (verbal & written) in Arabic & English.
* Focus on attention to details.
* Exceptional critical thinking.
* Ability to quickly learn required system requirements and adapt to changes as future programs are developed.
Valid Saudi driver's license and clean driving record.
* Expected to spend at least 60% of your time in our vehicles.
* Communication skills.
* The work location is based in Saudi Arabia, AlUla City.
