Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Provide assistance in all library services and activities mainly on
acquisition of library materials, circulation of library materials, and
support in library administrative services.
Minimum Qualification and Education
a) Academic
Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology, Management Course, or any other
Educational field.
b) Professional/Vocational
Essential: Computer Literate
Desirable: Training in Library Database Searching
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to operate library systems and databases
* Clerical Skills
* Knowledgeable in acquisition of library resources
* Library Customer Service Oriented
Work Experience
2 - 3 years' experience in library field.
Language proficiency required
* English - Fluent
* Any other language is an asset
