Job Purpose & Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator will be responsible of maintaining and managing all
important documents either for a particular project or for the whole
University and to ensure that these documents are accurate, controlled and
archived for optimized tracking and retrieval. The Office Coordinator will be
responsible also of creating contents in the social media for the upcoming
meetings & events.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator will be responsible of maintaining and managing all

meetings & events.
Minimum Qualification and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Required Knowledge and Skills
The individual must possess the knowledge and skills to successfully perform
the essential functions of the position. The required knowledge and skills of
the position follow.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
* Knowledge in the use of spreadsheets, database and extensive knowledge in MS Office including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
* Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports and with good filing management methods
* Good organization skills to easily retrieve records and information
* Good communication and time management skills
* PR and marketing skills
Work Experience
Essential:
* At least 3 years work experience in document management and control, and general administration works
* 1-2 years' experience in having a mix of marketing contents, social media management and administrative relevant field.
Desirable: Experience in higher educational institutions
Language proficiency required
Bilingual (Fluent in English and Arabic)
