How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The mission of Planner is to:
‎1. During proposal phase:
a. Prepares a proposal timeline schedule (in terms of milestones) based on
input datas date
and milestones provided in invitation to bid,
b. Update and provide the related layout for space management in the yard
‎2. During project execution phase:
a. Develops the project master schedule,
b. Issuance of project milestones in the Internal Milestones Masters List,
c. As per the project needs, issues production plan for the production
execution,
d. Monitors the schedule execution with different disciplines,
e. Ensures smooth coordination between different disciplines for a proper
project execution,
f. Proposes correctives actions in case of identified gaps,
g. Computes and reports project progress (POC / actual vs baseline)
h. Computes and reports on shop productivity
In order to contribute to the delivery of products as per contractual date
* Development and issuance of project master schedule based on WBE, project scope and work split including all milestones, activities and deliverables
* Development of production planning
* Animate the weekly planning meeting with workshop ( ‎1 week view resources / target tasks) and plan vs actual verification
* Provide inputs for the weekly production meeting and highlight the main gaps and capacity status on the different product line
* Monitor the % POC of the manufacturing vs plan and highlight deviations
* Provide resource planning and peak workload analysis - propose mitigation
* Ensure internal coordination with internal stakeholders
* Support workshop in elaboration of specific manufacturing sequences to fit the timely execution
* Highlight any resource constraints and prepare work center loading for the different shops for the coming quarter
* Ensuring smooth production by managing workshop space allocation.
* Know and implement thetools, methods, workflows, procedures in planning and scheduling
* Standardization of planning tasks andduration.
* Contribution to improvement and development of tools and methods related to planning & scheduling
* Knowledge of proposals and project execution processes
* Knowledge of planning & scheduling tools (MS project,Primavera P6), methods,progress & measurement and critical path identification/ analysis
* Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles

Education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering
Work Experience: min. ‎5 years preferably in manufacturing domain
