Job Description
* Process payment run in order to pay suppliers on time.
* Prepare supplier reconciliations and follow up on any missing invoices or credit notes.
* Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.
* Manage purchasing software and support teams when required
* Reconcile Bank against all the income and revenue received and expenses incurred
* Assist the finance team in other reasonable duties as requested by the Chief Accountant
Qualifications
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or any other financial domain;
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant Accounting experience;
* Experience in a hospitality ;
* Experience with Winbooks software is a plus;
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
* Proactive, rigorous and committed;
* Good organization and communication skills and ability to prioritize;
* Any experience or interest with consolidation and financial reporting is a plus;
