The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Faculty to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching
experience in business and management degree subjects. As a Management
Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and
creating an engaging learning experience for our students. Responsibilities: •
Prepare course materials and deliver lectures to undergraduate and graduate
students in management and business-related subjects. • Develop and maintain
the course syllabus, course materials, and teaching schedule. • Assess and
evaluate student performance and provide feedback. • Maintain an active
research agenda and engage in scholarly activities. • Participate in faculty
meetings, committees, and other academic activities. • Collaborate with
colleagues to develop and implement new courses and programs. • Provide
academic advising to students and serve as a mentor to junior faculty. • Stay
up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in management and business
education.
Requirements
Requirements: • Ph.D. degree holders preferred / master’s degree
inMmanagement, Business Administration, or a related field is required. • A
minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in business and management degree
subjects. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work
collaboratively with colleagues and students. • Commitment to excellence in
