Prosecco? Can you kick start a celebration? But importantly know when to hold
back and let a special moment unfold for someone else? Then you may want to
consider embarking upon a career as a Bartender within Atlantis the Palm. Our
Bartending team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and
train you in this exciting career. You will be provided with opportunities to
specialize in one of our many unique and exciting bars and work towards
additional responsibilities and promotion.
It is important that you feel comfortable working with alcohol and have had
some previous experience working in other high quality bar environments.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming is essential in this role, as is
the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first class bar
experience. We have over 22 food & beverage outlets and can serve up to 6000
guests per day anything from ice cold beer, exotic cocktails or a selection of
some of the very best wines from around the world.
Bartenders must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a
willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment. Hard work
and dedication will be rewarded with promotion to Team Leader and then Head
Bartender. Opportunities from here are limitless with further promotions
available in any of our Food and Beverage teams.
