We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our team
and contribute to generating sales for our company. As a Telesales Executive,
you will be responsible for contacting our leads over the phone and building
and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator with superior
people skills, comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and
addressing customer complaints and doubts. Our goal is to grow the company by
bringing in customers and developing our business, and we need a highly
motivated individual to help us achieve this.
Responsibilities:
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
* Answer questions about our products or the company.
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
* Enter and update customer information in the database.
* Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
* Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
* Keep accurate records of calls and sales, including any useful information.
Requirements and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
* Demonstrated track record of meeting call targets and achieving sales goals.
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
* Ability to learn about our products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
* Excellent knowledge of English and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
