Assistant Manager – Sales Monitoring & Control

Department Description:
This Unit role will ensure that Emirates NBD retail sales department Retail
Banking SalesRBS isa complying with relevant Consumer Protection Regulations
andb pursuing practices that ensure sustainability of optimum sales
performance and bank code of conduct Unit will strive for proactively
identifying and mitigating operational risks and fraud in areas of process
design internal control effectiveness digital sourcing integration performance
delivery and other relevant areas through a culture of continuous inspection
of our processes systems and new business initiatives
Brief Description:
The Role holder is responsible in performing Field Visits to perform the
Checks prepare monthly MIS and coordinate with all RBS Units to have a better
control
Detailed Description:
Responsible within RBS for analyzing the fraud trends assist with training of
RBS teams Apart from this the following will be managed by this staff member
within RBS

Randomly cross check with ASMs on the reports and highrisk sourcing identified
through the fraud sourcing dashboard
FPI recommendation reviews and analysis
Identify the possibility of staff involvement and reporting to line Manager
and where possible to FPI for further investigation
Monthly MIS Reporting to the Management
Regular Post Disbursal check or Dump Review of Cards Report and Personal loans
Adherence to TAT to avoid escalation
Develop adjust and follow successfully on any changes to Policy procedures or
systems upgrades
Analytical and selfinitiated to resolve issues
Acceptable suggestions to be given for better processes and productivity
Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and stressful environment
Work in partnership with line management to achieve team and unit goals
Preparing formal reports for escalations to Unit Heads within RBS
Job Requirements:
Complete adherence to the company policies and procedures
MIS to ensure application and portfolio quality

Liaise with RCC FPI GRC and Business as and when required
Initiate Field Visits when required to identify set up companies to avoid
successful facilities being disbursed and communicate with RMFC and GRC to
have these companies added on the negative decline list and no sourcing lists
RBS Channel Complaints to be resolved on priorities
Manage and act to achieve team goals and objectives
Contribute to the Motivation and morale of the team to be enhanced
Handle other activities due absence of staff to avoid delays withing the Team
Acceptable suggestions to be given for better processes and productivity

Strict adherence to office discipline and be punctual to office timing
Promote and aid a teambased environment
Training of other staffs periodically within RBS
Timely completion of special assignments and projects
Develop additional skills in terms of systems practices etc
