ROLE PROFILE

Title: Videographer

Division / Department: Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle - Marketing &
Communications

Reporting To: General Manager - Content & Creative

Role Purpose:

The role of the Videographer is responsible for creating marketing video and
animation content for campaigns, activations, and promotions. The role will
work with our internal marketing team, content team, external copywriters, and
translators to create creative solutions for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle
brands.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Conceptualized ideas from given briefs, planned shoots, create and review scripts, designed storyboards, and create and edit animations (2D and 3D) and videos for social media, online and offline.


• Create content (animations or videos) that will catch maximum customer interest and increase engagement rates.


• Produce creative solutions (animations or videos) that are visually appealing, with a strong understanding of storytelling and marketing needs.


• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications / Education
* Bachelor's degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
* Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
* Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
* Ability to work independently or with a team to develop video animations and solve problems.
* Organized and detail-oriented even in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
* ‎3+ years' experience as an Animator / Videographer
