Our Strategic Consulting team in the Middle East continue to lead the market
in sustainability, asset management, digital and transaction advisory
services. As we continue to advance service offerings to our clients, we have
a 'cross-sector' team of specialists whose objective is to work with our
clients to help improve asset management and decision-making in their
organizations and we are seeking Asset Management Consultants at all
levels.
Our Asset Management team works with our clients to help them realise value
from their assets. Working at all levels of client organisations across
multiple sectors and industries; we act as a critical friend providing
strategic thinking and practical, resilient and assured solutions that deliver
whole life value. By combining traditional consultancy skills with data driven
solutions we increase our clients understanding of their asset base, helping
them to work smarter and realise tangible benefits.
In this role you will work closely with our clients to understand their issues
and support innovative, value adding solutions. This may include the
development of strategies and tools to enable our clients to make the right
investment and intervention decisions over the entire asset life cycle. As a
solutions provider, we are seeking an individual who can integrate into our
dynamic team and help us develop and deliver our Asset Management advisory
offering. You will be joining a team of expert consultants and be expected to
embrace our relationship-based sales ethos being whilst be an excellent role
model for your colleagues.
There are opportunities for all grades from Junior Consultant through to
Associate Director in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is primarily an office-
based role, but we also provide a hybrid working model. Travel to our clients
and work overseas on short consultancy assignments from time to time may be
required.

* Degree qualified or comparable performance, knowledge and expertise in relevant engineering, Science, Mathematics and/or Asset/Information Management discipline;
* Enthusiastic, self-starter with an open mind who is willing to challenge established practice;
* Maintain up to date knowledge of techniques, best practices and statutory requirements;
* Ability to form relationships and develop industry connectivity;
* Excellent communication, including both oral and written English;
* Good breadth of knowledge and experience across the full scope of Asset Management (stakeholders, strategy, plans, lifecycle management, people, asset information, risk and review);
* Builds positive/effective relationships with clients and co-workers and demonstrates focus on satisfying both internal and external customers;
* Be an excellent team player who can collaborate effectively;
Here 's What You'll Need (Senior levels):
* People leadership skills;
* Ability to develop and mentor talented people;
* Ability to lead the preparation of proposals in the areas of own expertise;
* The ability to create connections across the business, identifying opportunities for collaboration and cross sell across Jacobs' diverse teams.
We would be particularly interested in candidates with any of the following
complementary experience:
* Experience in the definition, development and implementation of an Asset Management System (such as ISO 55001);
* Experience delivering innovative solutions;
* Ability to provide constructive challenge to ways of working;
* Experience across multiple market sectors;
* Experienced facilitator of small-group workshops;
* Support industry benchmarking, knowledge sharing and the development of thought leadership.
* Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or equivalent certification
* Previous experience within the Middle East or international consulting industry would be highly regarded.
