We're currently recruiting for an ERP Technical Consultant to be based either
in the UAE or remotely as part of our tech team. The ideal candidate would
have over 5 years experience with technical implementation of MS Dynamics F&O
model.
Responsibilities:
* Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
* Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
* Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
* Aware of the program functionalities.
* Supervising The ERP implementation and ensuring seamless system integration.
* Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.
* Providing ERP end-user training and technical support when needed.
* Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
* Complying with company regulations.
* Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
* Manage change through cross functional coordination, acting as a team player, change agent, lead by example.
Requirements:
* Over 5 years of experience primarily with Microsoft Dynamics F &O model
* Experience implementing ERP for retail/similar businesses is a must.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.
* Ability to work with cross-geographical teams.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
