Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to understand the du enterprise customer,
listen to the customers' needs, offer end-to-end solutions as well as propose
the right product/service mix with the right pricing relevant to the customer
in order to increase or maintain the run-rate revenue and generate incremental
revenue by actively cross and up-selling du solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Regular visits/contacts to assigned customers to proactively maintain the current business and up-sell/cross-sell du business products and solutions
* Build strong pipeline for the assigned customer with quarterly and annual forecast
* Follow up and coordinate with internal departments to effectively deliver service and requirement on a timely manner
* Reporting to management with the required manual and automated reports and account plans
* Ensure customer's communication and resolve issues on timely manner to enhance du overall customer experience
* Develop du new product and solution knowledge by attending relevant trainings, customer events and forums
