Early Years Teaching Assistant

Repton Junior School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching
Assistant to start immediately.

This is a permanent, term time position, with hours of ‎7.15am to ‎4.15pm

Role and Responsibilities
* An outstanding teaching assistant with experience and expertise in supporting outstanding teaching and learning
* Experience delivering small group sessions
* Ability to make a positive impact, to articulate and model core values
* Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team, and with a wide range of people
* Ability to adapt quickly
* Knowledge and experience of the English Early Years Framework
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving ability including evidence of having dealt successfully with a range of challenges

* Familiar with technology and experience of how technology enhances teaching and learning
* An individual who has experience across the full age range.
* Experience delivering high level interventions for pupils of concern
