As Service Leader - Fitness Instructor, we rely on you to:
Ensure the safety of clients
Provide opportunities for additional source of revenue for the Health Club
Plan and organize a customized service for clients
Have an expert knowledge in product maintenance and use of equipment
Conduct First-aid and emergency response
Conduct initial and ongoing fitness assessments for clients
Monitor client progression
Create an structure group classes
Ensure strong relationships with members to assist in personal training
upselling
Be updated with current world and local fitness trends
We are looking for someone who:
Has certification for personal athletic training (with continuing education
points)
Has 3 years’ work experience in the industry with client and employer
endorsements
Is fluent in local language and advanced English
Has first aid and emergency response training / certification
Has excellent people skills
Is physically active
Is patient and empathetic
Is a problem solver
Is service oriented
Has good memory/recollection of guest preferences
