Analysis of the actual values vs. the projected ones, review and explanation
of their deviations.
Reconcile accounting records related to construction projects vs budgets.
At least 2 years of experience in construction project accounting (verifiable
and exclusive) Bachelor 's degrees in accounting or CPA. Basic English
Microsoft office domain (Word, Excel, Power Point). Advanced Excel (exclusive)
Ability to manage financial projections, indicators, evaluation of
construction projects, accounting records thereof.
