play a key role in meeting our ambitious aspirations for the future. The

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.
* Responsible for making inbound/outbound shipment arrangements
* Negotiate prices with logistic companies/shipping companies and freight forwarders to secure the best market rate
* Booking deliveries and liaising with customers as necessary
* Handling shipment clearances
* Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery
* Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to Finance for payment
* Prepare reports on cargo movement and various operational logistics issues.
* Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit
