HR Coordinator, UAE (Full Time)

Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing labor law
expertise and guidance to our stores in UAE. The primary responsibilities
include reporting, discovery, auditing, and various HR projects. The ability
to work a number of HR initiatives provides the coordinator with a broad
experience in developing their own HR knowledge and know-how.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Responsibility for all administrative personnel processes from entry to exit
* Advising and supporting employees and managers on all issues relating to the labor law and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
* Preparation of employment contracts, letter requests, warning letters and training material
* Support in the processes of all organizational and administrative tasks
* Vendor set up and management of company accounts
* Application of company agreements and ensuring that these are adhered to
* Monitor Associate relations intake platforms including associate hotlines, responding to inquiries and facilitating investigations
* *What Do You Need To Bring?
* Fluent in English, (Fluency in Arabic desired)
* Bachelor 's Degree (preferred)
* Experience with Microsoft
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong labor law knowledge (Retail experience preferred)
