What you'll be doing
The Finance Manager for a start-up company with a track record of rapid growth
will be responsible for leading all financial operations. This includes
developing and implementing financial plans and policies, managing budgets and
forecasting, and providing insight and analysis to support decision making.
The individual in this role must have a strong understanding of financial
management principles, as well as experience with fundraising, investor
relations. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring
compliance with all financial regulations, and for building and maintaining
relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
What you 'll need to succeed
* Develop and implement financial plans and policies
* Manage budgets and forecasting
* Provide insight and analysis to support decision making
* Fundraising and Investor Relations for start-ups
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners
Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of financial management principles
* Experience with fundraising, investor relations.
* Proven records on fundraising.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
* Experience with accounting, tax, and financial compliance
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Familiarity with UAE laws, regulations and financial practices is a must.
* Proven experience working in UAE or other GCC countries.
* CPA or MBA is a plus
