Odoo is looking for one highly motivated, proactive, cooperative Marketing
Executive to help us increase our brand awareness in the MENA region. You love
our software, and you know exactly how to communicate that passion to your
customers and community members. You'll have the responsibility of creating
innovative digital marketing initiatives and events that increases our brand
awareness and attract new customers. We always welcome new ideas and
innovative thinking. Additionally, you will also provide operational support
and coordinate all the activities related to the organization of the Odoo
events and recruitment. You will work autonomously but never alone and be in
close contact with different teams.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns and techniques on different digital marketing channels (e.g. website, PPC, SEO) ensuring brand consistency and leads generation
* Tracking campaigns activities to make improvements to the website development, campaigns channels, conversion rates and strategy based on a variety of data sources (Google Analytics, user testing, focus groups and other sources)
* Generate reports and optimize performance based on the metrics
* Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and client trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
* Implement marketing plan strategies across all online channels to increase traffic on our website
Affinity to digital marketing (SEO, Paid Search, Social media, etc.)

Well organised
Strong communication skills
Curious, proactive and positive
Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
Bachelor's Degree or higher (Marketing, Public Relations, or a relevant field)
Excellent knowledge in Web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and
Google Ads, SemRush, etc.
Strong knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and reporting.
More than 1 year full time work experience in a similar role
Interest in the world of tech
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Previous experience in a similar company
Based in the UAE
Able to start immediately
