Our Strategic Consulting team in the Middle East continue to lead the market
in sustainability, asset management, digital and transaction advisory
services. As we continue to advance service offerings to our clients, we have
a 'cross-sector' team of specialists whose objective is to work with our
clients to help improve decision-making in their organizations.
Our transformation services group is a diverse team of experts that support
our clients to tackle their biggest strategic challenges, providing
transformational and sustainable value. We create customer-centric strategy
and deliver transformation solutions across the infrastructure industry and
emerging markets. We support our clients on setting their vision and strategy
for infrastructure delivery. The work we do includes change roadmaps and
support, target operating models and organisation structures, organisational
capability mapping, process optimisation, benefits management realisation,
people-centric PMO to support infrastructure delivery, options analysis for
delivery models and innovation strategy and design.

There are opportunities for all grades from Junior Consultant through to
Associate Director in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is primarily an office-
based role, but we also provide a hybrid working model. Travel to our clients
and work overseas on short consultancy assignments from time to time may be
required.
As a consultant within our transformation services group, your
responsibilities will include:
* Lead on project delivery (or a workstream within a larger programme of work) with accountability for management of the project team.
* Establish and foster relationships with clients and delivery partners
* Manage client stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in to an agreed solution.
* Take responsibility for the development and delivery of specific elements of high impact presentations to clients.
* Provide coaching and guidance for junior staff
* Lead internal business development and practice improvement initiatives such as bids, proposals, capability development
Here 's What You'll Need:

Clients are at the heart of everything you do, and you'll demonstrate the
ability to constructively challenge the accepted norms and always seek a
better way. You'll also have:
* Experience managing projects and leading workstreams on one or more of the following areas: Programme delivery models, transformation programmes, change management, strategy and vision, operating models, organisation design, PMO, benefits management, innovation, maturity assessments.
* Consultancy experience desired in infrastructure or industrial sectors such as energy, rail, transit, highways, water environment, climate response, aviation, defence, nuclear, ports and buildings
* Knowledge and application of industry frameworks on programme delivery and transformation
* Experience of developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
* Ability to engage communicate with stakeholders at all levels where required
* Experience working in a programme and/or project environment with multiple stakeholders and of operating in cross-business teams, including digitally enabled infrastructure programme
