Oversees the maintenance of our company's general ledger and related
accounting practices, including payables, receivables, inventories, fixed
assets and payrolls.
Sub-Job Family Description - Accounting/Administration:
Supports our business by performing professional accounting work involving the
compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data.
Job Description
Mission
* To support various functions within the finance team in day to day activities mainly focused on (but not limited to) Payables, Treasury and Receivables.
* Have the enthusiasm to learn and aptitude to accept challenges.
* To accomplish tasks with accuracy and completeness and seek to add value by applying the knowledge gained during studies.
Responsibilities
* Understand and Process supplier invoices in the JD Edwards.
* Assist in liaison with suppliers for invoices, Statement of accounts, etc.
* Coordinate with department managers for approval of supplier invoices.
* Assist in physical archiving of documents and manage the filing system.
* Assist in updating the daily sales in excel for the receivables team.
* Assist the treasury team in finalizing payment batches for each payment cycle.
