We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in ‎2023.

Our Sales Operations and Planning team is essential to enabling TikTok's sales
teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is
responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness in our
tooling and sales processes, bringing insights to support decision making, and
ensuring productive and fruitful partnership cross-functionally across
internal teams.

Responsibilities:
Participate in supporting and implementation of regional operational projects.
Work as a coordinator to assist cross-functional projects and communications.
‎1. Responsible for the management, coordination, organization and tracking of
related projects to ensure that all stakeholders of the project team work
together and the project is completed as scheduled
‎2. Data analysis to support global & regional projects
‎3. Daily operations including billing & payment, contract management, account
management and so on.
Qualifications
Qualifications
‎1. Enrolling in B.S./M.S./M.A. degree, ideally in business, analytics or
engineering.
‎2. Preferred international education experience.
‎3. Exhibits good business acumen, international mindset, strong analytical
skills, ability to work in cross-culture environment
‎4. Strong attention to detail, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
‎5. Have good communication skills, team spirit and strong execution ability
‎6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
‎7. Arabic is a plus
‎8. Successful candidates must start in in April/May ‎2023 and be available to
work ‎5 days per week
