Learning Assistant*
Kings ' School Al Barsha is seeking an outstanding Learning Assistant to join
our excellent and highly successful department from August ‎2022.
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, setting
high expectations for pupils within a bespoke classroom. They will produce a
language rich and exciting environment for pupils to make progress with a high
focus on communication and interaction skills, social skills and emotional
regulation.

Requirements
* British Primary School trained Teaching Assistant with a minimum of ‎2 years of experience
* Must have experience of working in EYFS and/or Primary
* Ability to support the delivery of an adapted curriculum to meet the needs of the children
* Ability to deliver creative learning activities
* Ability to support creative learning environments
* Ability to support the implementation of Education Plans
* A clear personal philosophy of education
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to understand and interpret the root causes of a range of challenging behaviours and to support the implementation of effective behaviour management strategies
* An excellent understanding of how to teach the acquisition of early phonics and mathematical skills
