As a MENATI Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for
planning, coordinating, monitoring & delivers of goods to internal and/or
external customers/suppliers. You will develop operational plan/process for
own department and contributing to plan of the larger unit. You will lead
Logistics tasks, strategy and represent Baker Hughes.

As a MENATI Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-
time pick up & delivery of goods
* Streamline processes and reduce cost.
* Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
* Managing logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plan
* Developing redesigns of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs to ensure we deliver value
* Elaborating of process improvement are expected taken into consideration for broader functional context.

Have completed Bachelor studies.
* Have relevant professional experience in Logistics
* Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams
* Strong Team Player.
* Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
* Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; effective problem identification and solution skills
* Have excellent analytical and organizational skills
