HR Representative - Service Delivery (Contract)
We are seeking an HR Representative to join us on a 4-month FTC with a key
focus on Project Delivery including Employment Handbook and Contract reviews.
The Human Resources (HR) Representative is actively involved with day-to-day
activities within the Human Resources [HR] Department. The HR Representative
will develop a working knowledge of the daily administration of the human
resources function by being directly involved in various day-to-day
activities, including but not necessarily limited to employment practices,
organizational structure and protocol, and basic benefits communications.
What You Will Do:
* Under the supervision and guidance of the HR Manager, manages day-to-day HR-related items for smaller client groups.
* Review the Company's Employee Handbook and Contracts under the direction of the local Senior HR Manager.
* Works closely with HR Manager and HR Director in coordination and execution of special projects.
* Participates in and supports college recruiting activities as requested by Talent Management or other HR staff members. May travel as required to designated college campuses within the region along with a senior staff member of human resources.
* Produces or maintains related activity reports as required.
* Handles other duties as assigned by department managers or more senior staff members of Human Resources.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience
* CIPD Level 5/HR related degree (or equivalent)
* Proven experience with successfully coordinating and delivering HR projects including the review and creation of various policies and procedures.
* Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Demonstrated efficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Multilingual is considered a plus.
* Results-oriented approach with keen attention to quality and accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team members.
* Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to a senior HR member.
