To put it simply, we are the middle person between clients and operators. Our
sales consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have
to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film
stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has
chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and
business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals.
Job Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE
* Assisting the Private Jets Director with his portfolio of clients
* Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
* Supplier relationship management
* Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report on behalf of the Private Jets Director
* Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
* Coordinate with the airlines / airport / clients for the flight operation
* Building relationships with airlines worldwide
* Maintain airport and airline contact information on the database
* Flight repping as required
* Provide additional administrative support to the Private Jets Director
Qualifications
THE PERSON
* Minimum 2 years ' experience in flight operations
* Hardworking and flexible
* Ambition, drive and self-motivation
* Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
* Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
* Results driven and disciplined with a good attention to detail
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
* Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic a bonus
* Valid UAE driving license
* Valid passport with the ability to gain visas to travel within Middle East and Europe
