Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Designer to join our DTP (Design |
Translation | Presentation) team in Dubai!
The Opportunity:
Impact from day one - join our fast-growing global team as a Designer in
Dubai, and be involved in projects straight away. The design team is a global
visual communication network for a large consulting firm that offers their
services to top clients in many industries. You'll work hand-in-hand with
design specialists from around the world in different disciplines to make our
brand shine, create outstanding design that matches the insight of our
consultants and partners and to translate complex concepts into engaging
graphics.
We love to meet in person, do brainstorming and get exciting things done - and
believe in flexibility in how we work. Consequently, this is a hybrid role,
where you will split your time between being in the office (meet the team and
work together) and working from home.
Specifically, you 'll be…
* Having good attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding that will be applied across different projects and medium
* Use InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on a regular basis to update assets or create original content
* Generate design ideas both as an individual and as part of a group, clearly articulating those ideas internally and with clients confidently
* Demonstrating problem solving skills: Ability to understand, analyze and work through a challenge to completion
* Collaborating with international project teams and internal clients to create and strategize design solutions.
What we would love to see from you:
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
* Fully reliable when it comes to meeting deadlines, staying organized, and balancing priorities
* Creative and detail oriented and love getting stuff done while welcoming responsibility and tough challenges
* Have the ability to interpret a brief, and respond with compelling and insightful concepts
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and independent work style
* An awareness of data visualization and how to visually present content and information without losing key messages
* The ability to clearly develop and execute ideas across traditional, digital and emerging media
* A bachelor 's degree in graphic design or equivalent portfolio
* Minimum of ‎2 years of creative experience in the GCC region
* Proficient with key visual creation tools - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, i.e., an adaptable visual skill set.
