Used Car Sales Coordinator

Overview of the role:
* The primary focus of the role will be to contribute towards the planned growth and development of the Used Car Operation, in its aim to explore untapped opportunities and raise administrative effectiveness, thus optimizing business in an increasingly sophisticated and expanding used car market.

What you will do:
* Experience in a sales coordinator's role
* Proficient in MS Office - especially MS Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day-to-day activities of a busy used car operation
* Outgoing personality with the ability to deal with people of diverse nationalities at various levels.
* Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities

Required Skills to be successful:

‎2.- Strong analytical and communication skills
‎3.- Timely Resolution
‎4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and SAP)

About the Team:
* Reporting to the National Used Car Manager and work with various teams as a link between the car purchasing from various channels and aftersales

What equips you for the role:
* High School Diploma
* ‎3 years' experience in used cars operation
* Proficiency with SAP is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
