Fragrance Library (Gallery) Coordinator for the Middle East & North Africa
(MENA) region - ‎1 Year contract


A Fragrance Library (Gallery) Coordinator with the global leader in the
creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and an essential member
of our Fragrance Consumer Products Library (Gallery) team for the Middle East
& North Africa region, while being based in our Dubai office - Your future
position?


Our Fragrance Development team houses Evaluator 's who are olfactive
development specialists, Marketeers, Consumer Insights Specialists, and
Library (Gallery) & Best Practices teams who collaborate closely with our
Perfumers and Customers to create winning fragrances. To do so, the
Development team analyses current olfactive trends, forecasts future trends,
and assesses consumer preferences.


To further support our new ways of working in the region, we are currently
looking to hire a ' Library (Gallery) Coordinator' for our Fragrances
Consumer Products Library (Gallery) & Best Practices team for the Middle East
& North Africa (MENA) region. In this role, you will provide administrative
support to the team, ensure efficient day-to-day operations for the team, and
manage the best-in-class fragrance library. You will be able to contribute to
winning fragrance project opportunities within the Gallery & Best Practices
team.


This is a temporary full-time role on an open contract for ‎1-year to start
with, with possibilities, later on, to be extended depending on our business
requirement. You will be based in our regional office in Dubai and report to
the Gallery & Best Practices Director for the MENA region.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:


Project support -
* Manage the data, oil stock, and illustrations for the fragrance library (Gallery).
* Maintain the quality of internal fragrance database tools according to business needs.
* Provide support to the Gallery team in managing the addition of new fragrances to the internal fragrance selection tool.
* Responsible for analysis and KPI reports on the fragrance library.
* Manage monthly newsletters for the Gallery team on key insights.


Administration -
* Organise the oil and illustrations of new fragrance entries in the Gallery.
* Replenish fragrance illustrations every ‎12 months.
* Responsible for regularly updating the fragrance library collections and coordinating with the labs.
* Support the set up of fragrance evaluation sessions, analysis, and consolidation of feedback.
* Support sample dispatches for the team.


Coordination -
* Regularly organise and conduct cross-category fragrance sharing and validation sessions with the various fragrance development teams.
* Manage the fragrance database by adding all the necessary data, feedback, and updates from the fragrance development teams.
* Coordinate and support the set up of quarterly exhibitions of the fragrance library collections.
* Coordinate with other team coordinators on managing the subset fragrance library collection.

Your professional profile includes:



  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Up to a maximum of ‎5 years of relevant work experience in administrative, commercial support, marketing support or project coordination role(s), preferably in a multicultural work environment.

  • Already residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Preferably be on a parent/spouse UAE Residence visa sponsorship.

  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language. Additional proficiency in other languages like Arabic or French is good to have but not mandatory.

  • Good project management skills.
