What you'll do:
You will be responsible for defining our photographic approach for e-commerce
across the Group, building and leading a team of talented creatives to deliver
innovation and excellence across e-commerce and marketing assets. Reporting to
the Group Head of Creative Operations, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a photographic team of talented photographers and digital operators
* Identifying and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
* Innovating new photographic practices within the industry
* Being the go-to point of contact for photographic governance
* Achieving commercial goals for multiple brands across the Group
* Creating efficient workflow processes while mandating quality output
* Collaborating with partners to identify growth opportunities for the Group
* Nurturing a culture of transparency, accountability, and psychological safety
* Upskilling a team of creatives and expanding their photographic capabilities
* Promoting the Group 's industry reputation in e-commerce photography

* Track record in photography management at scale, both strategic and tactical
* Customer-centric leader with a comprehensive understanding of creative
* Ability to lead without ego and build strong consensus across diverse teams
* An excellent communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively
