Job Description:
The Photographer and producer will play an important role in leading visual
contention creation on behalf of The First Group across all businesses &
properties. From producing projects and campaigns from start to finish to
managing deadlines, budgets, talent and crew. The key focus of this position
will be planning, executing and post producing projects such as editing videos
or retouching photos with the goal of creating a commercial ready digital
visual asset which can be used on social media, websites, magazines, and
print, press and more. The photographer and producer work closely with
marketing and business owners to gain insights about future campaigns which
can be used to plan upcoming productions.

Photograph high-quality images for various print and digital channels.
* Perform advanced computer processing of images and/or videos
* Determining and adjusting subject position, props and lighting equipment while selecting camera angles to optimize final capture on set.
* Researching and improving knowledge of current technology trends to acquire better images.
* Developing artistic visual products while working within defined technical and/or brand constraints.
* Remained highly composed and calm in very fast-paced, stressful, and constantly changing environments to provide optimal leadership and achieve desired visual results from talent.
* Using Photoshop, Lightroom and various other manual or Artificial Intelligent retouching plugins to crop, invert and control light and color properties of photos.
* Developing, filming, editing, and producing visual multimedia projects which could contain hundreds of video layers.
* Scheduling shoots and set up filming/photoshoots by communicating with talent and crew.
* Assessing final products to check quality and consistency with creative vision.
* Delivering within tight deadlines and strict budgetary controls to streamline costs against value generated or received.
* Defining and recommending detailed solutions to capture images (pre-planning).
* Performing essential administrative duties by providing wardrobe requirements, preparing breakdowns, developing shot-lists, handling paperwork agreements while communicating with actors, models and crew.
* Orchestrating castings for productions each month by holding digital auditions and securing ideal talent.
* Engaged in talent sourcing activities to find suitable candidates.
* Consulting with stakeholders to discuss ideas and style preferences to create mutually agreeable project parameters.
* Scheduling and booking locations for photo shoots, working collaboratively with clients, contacts, crew, talent and stakeholders simultaneously
* Managing correspondence with clients/stakeholders and documenting interactions and requirements
* Planning and preparing for on-location and/or studio shoots by creating time-frames of who has to be when and where.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
* Minimum of ‎2 years of experience as a photographer / is required
* Minimum of ‎1 year experience in post production is required
* Experience in Lifestyle or Food or Architecture shooting is a must
