Job Description :
Marketing Executive
Department : Projects Marketing
Location: UAE
Prerequisites - Excellent communication skills, Proficient in English, Self-
motivated, ambitious & pleasing personality; Excellent Analytical and
interpersonal skills; Projects life cycle understanding, General knowledge of
materials, applications and construction techniques related to Interiors &
construction.
Technical Qualification:
Marketing background with background of Architecture/Interiors/Engineering and
Post graduate in Marketing (MBA); UAE Driving licence must.
Experience
5- 10 years of experience in Marketing with 3 -5 years in Project /Real estate
marketing. Thorough local market knowledge and access to strong and potential
clients is a strong preference.
Overall aims
* To assist in the setting, monitoring and achievement of marketing objectives
* To set targets with respect to project acquisition, planning and achieve targets individually and for the team
* To strengthen the relationship between customers corporate and the company
* To maintain a strong customer focus in the quality of promotional content and customer communication.
* To build and lead a proficient team equipped with skills and toolset to realise full potential of the company Mission, Vision and accomplish collective objectives.
Specific Aims
* To assist in the setting, monitoring and achievement of marketing objectives.
* To take complete Marketing responsibilities for specific clientele & Project portfolio as allocated by the Directors.
* To conduct Market research and identify potential projects and initiate contact and develop relations to propagate the company competency and capabilities.
* Develop and implement branding initiatives for brochures, Websites both at corporate and individual levels.
* To prepare marketing content, Company representation, Attend meetings, Deliver presentations
* To develop and maintain a strong network of clientele through social media initiatives and Direct contact marketing.
