Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort
for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem
definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal
to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on
project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will
be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor
business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.
You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that
enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required

• Experience in the Banking industry, knowledge of regulatory requirements.


• Functional knowledge and exposure to the Retail and Corporate Banking domain are a must.


• Lead process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.


• Utilize a wide range of skills to influence and drive requirements closure, being objective when needed.


• Able to guide customers towards the solution that best fits their needs and aligns with the Finacle + partner product roadmap.


• Responsibility to provide and present on the value proposition for each product.


• Engage key stakeholders, define, and coordinate activities, communicate presentation changes and progress, overcome resistance.


• Work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to align on product vision and customer requirements.


• An exceptional communicator with the ability to quickly gain credibility of the team, external stakeholders and management.


• A strong sense of business acumen and ability to write a business case.

Preferred
* Taking ownership of the pre-sales consulting cycle from the initial customer engagement to deal closure.
* A candidate with presales experience with Techno-functional background.
